To ensure a seamless experience, please adhere to the following policies: 1. **Booking Timeframe**: Clients must book the workshop a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 5 months in advance. 2. **Cancellations and Refunds**: - Cancellations within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. - Cancellations made prior to 30 days in advance will be rescheduled according to availability, with limitations based on customer preferences. 3. **Deposit Policy**: - Deposits are non-refundable due to the time and effort invested in scheduling and arranging travel arrangements. 4. **Rescheduling**: - Clients are allowed to reschedule their workshop booking within the specified timeframe, subject to availability. 5. **Exceptions**: - In cases of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, exceptions to these policies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
